The Process

To have a piece of bespoke furniture created for you, that you will enjoy looking at and using for years to come is an important investment, one that requires careful thought and consideration as it will become an integral part of how you make your home or space your own.

We offer a free no obligation consultation to help you plan your project and can provide valuable information, guidance and great advice. It’s important for us to first know your unique requirements, style, sizing and budget in order to create a bespoke product for you to cherish.

1. Project details

Email/call us or stop by the workshop to discuss your project. Let us know your ideas or show us sketches, renders, drawings and your material preferences. If you're local we're happy to come out for an initial free site visit if the job requires.

2. Quote

Once we've received your design brief and relevant details we'll work up a unique quotation including 3D plans and approximate lead times so that you can make an informed decision.

3. SITE SURVEY

Upon acceptance of the initial quote, we will carry out a site survey or invite you back to the workshop to discuss the finer details of the project as well as approval of samples and to check measurements and details are spot on. Once the designs and been reviewed, tweaked and agreed we will finalise the quote and a deposit invoice will be raised prior to the start of production.

4. Make

And now the fun begins.... We create your bespoke furniture in our workshop to the agreed quote and design. You're always welcome to stop by to check on progress and to make any minor tweaks that may be necessary or arise. We'll keep you up to date on progress and fulfil your order in the agreed time frame.

5. INSTALLATION

We have a recommended installer who will be able to provide you with a separate quote for the installation.

6. Feedback

We are always keen to hear back from you on how much you love the joinery work we've created for you and really appreciate your time in ensuring other future customers (and yourself!) are confident with what we produce. We strive to ensure that the feedback we receive is nothing less than amazing!
